Every time I get a delivery of home heating oil (2 or 3 times per year), there is an odor on the first floor in the room over the fuel tank in the basement. The odor usually dissipates in a few days? is that normal, and is the fume harmful to your health?Is it normal to smell fuel oil after a home delivery?
