What kind of oil and oil fliter do you use for a 95 Buick Regal?

My friend was wanting to change the oil in his car but he does not know what kind of oil or oil filter to get for his 95 Buick Regal. Anyone help?

ThanksWhat kind of oil and oil fliter do you use for a 95 Buick Regal?
The best value in my opinion is a ';synthetic blend'; motor oil that allows 7,000 mile extended oil changes. See your owner's manual and use the oil weight specified as well as the oil change intervals for a synthetic blend oil. Original equipment oil filters are specifically designed for your engine (AC Delco). http://www.mobiloil.com

AC delco PF-47 and 4.75 quarts of 10W-30. I use whatever oil is on sale, but stick with the name brands. I like to use either mobil drive clean or castrol.
a good 10w30 is all you need something like.- valvoline.. I personaly like fram filters..
95 ? high mileage, Castrol 10w40 any good named filter to fit your 3.8
